Our company has already successfully designed and constructed numerous projects and brings an experienced background, knowledge and understanding of the needs of clients. As part of our commitment to offering quality work and efficiency we are currently implementing a quality assurance system for both divisions of our company.
Construction Division
Australian Quality Landscaping has established a reputation for professionalism and quality workmanship on landscape projects ranging from small residential projects to large commercial, local government and infrastructure projects throughout the metropolitan and country areas. We pride ourselves in quality control of all materials, the management process and skilled labour to achieve a seamless construction process and quality finished product.
Maintenance Division
Australian Quality Landscaping offers a maintenance service for projects ranging from small residential projects to large commercial, local government and infrastructure throughout the metropolitan area.
Maintenance covers mowing, watering, mulching, planting, maintaining irrigation systems and even water cartage services to Melbourne and country areas. Our team are also able to implement fertilising programs, environmental management strategies and carry out arboriculture tasks such as tree loping and pruning.
Major Areas of Experience
Our notable areas of experience as mentioned include recreational projects (childcare centres, schools and playgrounds), and physical infrastructure projects (streetscapes, shopping centre streetscapes and large park developments).

Our key personnel have mobile phones for instant contact and the office phone is manned after conventional business hours. Our office is fully equipped with electronic communication equipment allowing instant verbal and written communication. Secretarial staff work in the office 9.00 – 5-30 weekdays.
Our office is available to convene face to face meetings. Due to the accessibility of our staff, we are able to respond rapidly to requests for on site meetings.

As a result of our design and construction experience with local government projects, we have kept up to date with changing local government practices and policies. Australian Quality Landscaping staff has always liaised successfully with council members, community groups and committees, to ensure the successful outcome of their projects.

Documentation of Australian Quality’s landscaping standard procedures for the installation of many common landscape elements;
Detailed documentation of all stages of work including estimates, quotes and variations;
Preparation of detailed work schedules for site supervisors, documenting all relevant specification and procedures;
Nomination of a single project manager to oversee the project from estimating stage, right through to final completion and beyond;
Regular program of site visits and hold points to work to enable quality testing and inspection;
Strict procedures for rejection of inferior quality materials delivered to site;
Management procedure for variations to the contract;
Complaints procedures;
Regular management meetings and workgroup discussions;
Membership of professional organisations – LIAV (No. 2315)
Australian Quality Landscaping is a licensed structural landscape contractor and can legally carry out hard landscape construction for domestic and residential landscape projects. See above mentioned RBP registration numbers. |

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality workmanship and the best service, our Company is currently implementing a Quality Systems Management Program. This system will cover the materials we supply and cover any design and construction work that we do.
Guarantee to cover all hard landscaping for twelve months.
Occupational Health & Safety
Australian Quality landscaping has developed a safety policy, which is enforced by a nominated safety officer on site and in the office. Our staff are covered by Work cover and all staff have there OH&S Red Card, our vehicles all carry a first aid kit.
We ensure our safety officer is kept up to date with current occupational and safety requirements.
